Whirlpool Refrigerator (Proton) purchased on 11/7 from your AB Road showroom got delivered right now.

Unfortunately the LED is not working which was written as a comment on the delivery slip of your company and handed over to the people who brought the refrigerator The whirlpool person who had come checked and said it would take 2 days to start the fridge as they have no stock of LED's. No lights and no other features are working in the refrigerator. Another problem with the refrigerator is there are some paint spot in the door which cannot be removed. Thirdly the Proton Refrigerator Accessories Kit received has a bottle short. How can you send such a piece which is not working and has issues.

As I called your service center a girl picked up, probably her name is Sapna. I mentioned to her that I do not want a defective piece and want to get it replaced today itself as we both work we had taken a leave today. She said that we have to wait for 2 days and I did not agree. After spending so much money if the stuff does not work then there is no point in having it. She said she would talk and let us know, till the time of writing this email I have received no information.
