Dear Sir/Madam,
The undersigned bought a Luminous Car Battery from M/s Seeko Plates & Batteries vide memo no. 2001 dated Dec 04 warranty card no. 234823. Sir/Madam for last 4-5 days I am facing Car starting problem in the morning and i have to push my car to start it. Sir/Madam, today i.e. January 11 when i visited the local service centre of Luminous Batteries the representative first asked me to get the battery checked by the concerned dealer. When the dealer reported the battery to be defected i approached the service centre again and asked them for a replacement. Then the representative started checking the battery at his own n refused the replacement or service saying that i need to visit next morning if the car is not started. I asked them to provide me door step services in that case he straight way refused n stick to his statement.
Sir/Madam, i am facing this problem for last 4-5 days n only after checking out the problem I visited the service centre. I request you to kindly look in to the matter n resolve the matter at the earliest so that i dont face the same problem again.
