NON - COMPLIANCE OF WARRANTY

I have purchased a Invergold battery IG-180K vide Bill No 1726 dt 08 Jun from M/S Invertor World, Dilshad Colony, Delhi-95. As per warranty card warranty is for 24 month from the date of sale or 27 month from the date of manufacturing. Dealer has also stipulated 24months warranty on the Bill. This batter is not giving proper backup and therefore I have lodged a complaint No IN115031799 on 18 May. The complaint attended by Mr Hakikat, Service Engineer of M/S Luminous. He stated the battery cell dead and wants replacement. On checking battery code he stated that the battery is late sale by dealer (14months late), and therefore cannot be replaced by the company. The replacement can only be provided by the Dealer. He as well as I called the dealer, who assured that he will pick battery and provide replacement. I called so many time to dealer as well as the company (both Customer care and Head Office). In head office Mr Nirmal Sharma attended me and assured he will arrange another engineer who will help me in replacement. But another day same engineer attended my complaint. If the warranty clause of M/S Luminous is not supporting my claim, the dealer should replace my battery as he also stated 24 months warranty on the bill. I want following compansation - Replacement of battery/refund of money, Approx Rs 100/- I spent on calling them, Rs 50, 000/- compensation for the mental harrassment I am facing since 18 May.
