LUMINOUS IL-16000 BATTERY
Battery not functioning long hours

Hi. I am Subhadip Das from Midnapore (W.B.). I had purchased a Luminous Inverter and Luminous Battery from Well Spark (Name of the shop) on 13.10.08.The model of Inverter is Tez-600 VA and Battery model is IL-16000.The name of the owner of the shop is Mr. Manas Chakraborty. At first the battery was giving back up properly. But from the month of June the Battery is giving back up of 45 minutes when only two fans are running. I am supposed to get minimum of 3-4 hrs battery back-up. I have complained to the shop-owner. But he refused to help me. He has taken Rs.600 as aservicing charge for a year. But his only duty is to supply Distill Water. Can you help me in solving the problem? I am in trouble.
