LUMINOUS INVERTER
Faulty product

I am really irritated to write this complaint again. i have called the service engineer several times but there is no proper reply from them. they haven't sent the technician till now.

i am frustrated and i need refund or replace of the product. it was bought only 3 days ago.

pls help me to solve this problem. the company and its product are totally useless.
