Luminous invertors
Poor Product Quality

Less than a year of buying 1500KVA double battery Luminous Invertor, poorer by 20 grands, but still no relief from frequent light outs. This 'top' model from Luminous kitty has already been "serviced" at least 10 times while the warranty period is still on. The "brand new" "Luminous" batteries replaced once, and almost all the parts of the invertor repaired or replaced in the last 10 months.

As always Luminous is too busy to sell to new customers than to seriously look at issues with existing ones. Post Sale Service has been allright as they do turnup a few days after every complaint, but the product quality of at least the piece they sold me is BAD BAD BAD... really BAD...

I am really worried for the period when the warranty runs out...
