Damaged handset & battery

Dear sir /madam

I have ordered a cellphone order no 6300547 tn id no 17035332 a four simcard cellphone, mechant partner ojjas enterprises. Which i have received from courier named m/s TNT, before paying cash only i have received the consignment. I have found that the consignment which i have received is not in good conditioned and there is not the battery, even the cellphone is full of scratch. I have called them on their cellpnone and on the landline but there is no any answer from there side and i have also email them about all the condition but there was no reaply, where should i go, pls help,

Ple do the needful as soon as posible.
