Problem with FPCB

I have visited to ur service centre several time which is located in Dadar (Mumbai) but all in vain they know the problem and told me that set had a problem with FPCB but they had no replacement of that as my set is in replacement warranty if it is difficult to get the spare part of the handset I request it to be replaced.
