Touch not working

Sir,

I have purchased Spice Mobile M7500 (Touch Screen) on 18th MAY from Himalaya Photo Store, Sec 22-B, Chandigarh. After 3 months of purchase, its touch is not working. I have submitted my Mobile to Authorized Service Centre in Sec 38 Chandigarh. They told me they have to send my mobile to Noida which will take atleast 15 days for repair.

So kindly instruct them to supply me another handset for 15 days. So that my work should not suffer. I think its not a big issue for a Spice company. Please do the needful.
