Repairing of Mobile Set

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 12-8-09 from M/s Ajay Sky Communication, NIT Faridabad. It's SIM2 is not working for 10-15 days. I have given the mobile set for repairing on dated 06-04 to service centre 'Shiv Telecomminication Old Faridabad' since then I am running in the Morning & Evening and day after day till date 14/04. Their reply is ' you may come on Evening/Moring Tomarrow. This has been going on since the day.

Now I don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot. Kindly arrange to repair at your earliest possible. Detail of Handset are following-
