Maharaja/Food Processor
Not working 3 times

We have purchase maharaja food processor from Next Cine Wonder mall, Ghodbunder rd, Thane w on 14/01.2010.

Since purchase there is negative approche from Next.

for demo also thek took more than one week for there purpose we have called more that 10 times. also afterwords 3 time this not working. once again we called next shop last day again now the are saying person will come after 3 days. Last time we ask that person that kindly change this processor & give new one product. But they are syaing no.

Now what to do? Is this next shop like thsi only no cooperative towards customer.

Kindly some one take action i this regards.
