Food Processor not working

I have been trying to get in touch with the concerned person (as per the No, provided by Mr Jayesh) for over a week - but unable to reach him. My dealer has also lodged a complaint yet to date am still awaiting the technician. At the time of purchase I was promised that whenever there is a complaint, the technician will be at our home within 24 hours, leave alone 24 hours - its almost 10 days and there is no sign of anyone rendering the service. A BIG SHAME on the company.

Moreover, I will wait and watch for a couple of days more and if no service is provided, I will definitely approach the Consumer Forum to get my problem solved.
