Door not closing

Dear Sir,

I am useing a LG refreigerator which holds an extend warranty of 10 years given by LG itself. I had registered a complaing number RNA110504053254 on 4th May a person came from the local agencey named Tejas services and charged 165 Rs. (even though its on 10 years warranty), which he should refund.

Further had contacted Mr. Mahadevan and explained to him the issue, but on subsequently calling him, the person does not respond or pick up the call.

I have two issues with the above.

1. Firstly even though the person came and tried to repair the door closing problem, the door still does not close and as a result all food is getting spoiled, including my babies food kept in the fridge

2. Even on repeated complaints at tool free number on 5 & 6th of May no body has turned up to rectify the problem.

3. Refund of 165 Rs. wrongly collected by Tejas for an extended warranty fridge.

Hope LG would handle this case professionally and give a immeditate hearing.
