Selling outdated refrigerato

I bought an LG refrigerator (model 248LMG4) from M/S Mahavir Electronics and Furnitures, Bibvewadi, Pune in September. At that time I thought I was being sold a fairly latest refrigerator. However, an LG technician who came this afternoon for repairs on the same refrigerator confirmed that the unit had been manufactured in December and was 10 months old when sold to me. So, I feel very cheated. What kind of action I can take against this dealer? What are my options?
