Cheating-Not supplied the battery

Dear Sir,

Iam Tej Singh from Coimbatore, I bought a Mahendra Home digital UPS 600 KV fot Rs.12500 from their Salem distributor in Tamil Nadu, I paid a initial amount of Rs.7000 on 5/04 I have their receipt. they first kept their UPS on 5/04 and said that they will be back in two days with the Exide battery and will finish the installation, but till date 30/04 no one has come for installation with battery. If I try calling them they are not picking the call. Distributor name is Yamuna, she is not picking the call and the company sales man his name is Mr. Mohan even that guy is not picking my call. Please help me in this situation I dont want their ups I want my money back and I want them to be punished pls help they are cheating.
