Sent a MP4/FM player via shopping.indiatimes.com

I bought a 1GB * 1.5* 65K TFT LCD MP4/FM Player from shopping.indiatimes.com with Order no.112126407. The product seller is Mall4all.in. But as seen on the website this product also have a feature of FM Player and with battery life of 3 to 4 hours of continuous playing. But when I receive this product, it doesnot have any FM player. Its battery life is not more than 15 minutes. Its headphones are also not working.

After making a complaint to shopping.indiatimes.com, they advice me to send back this product to 2-2-647/285/a/1, Sriniwas Nagar Colony, Bagh amberpet, Hyderabad-500013 but no name of the

person has been given i.e. to whom it may send.

After seeing complaint against Mall4all.in on this website, I found that this company is a fraud company.

Now I felt fear that whether I will get my right product back or not.
