Selling incomplete package

I had purchased one GPS unit from this company a few months back and have been constantly asking them to upgrade/rectify the Maps they have provided. They now have stopped communication with me. Today I have asked them for a full refund if not rectified/incorporated/updated. They also have been paid for updating the equipment for an year.
