I bought one television from GV Parivaar at Haldwani in Aug 08, Now the AV function of the television is not working as well the remote is also not working.

I have visited the shop many times but as usual the concerned company make service person is not available and the remote is also not available in the state of uttarakhand.

Definitely I should aproach the consumer court against the company product as well the worst services they are providing.
