BSNL Laandline not working/dead

In my home BSNL landline phone is often not working recently for the past 20 days its not working and also its in rural area i dont know to whom i have to complaint because if i complaint to nearest exchange they are not taking care my complaint. phone no is 954323-242739.
kulithalai, karur dt. please do the needful or direct me to the person to home i have to complaint.
important note: even for not taking for the entire month we are paying money
