Damaged House hold items during transpotation

Dear Sir / Madam,

With due respect I would like to lodge a complaint against Aadarsh International Packers & Movers, regarding the heavy damage cause to my electronic goods & home appliances during the transportation from Mumbai to Raipur on 27 Dec 09. As per the deal they ought to deliver my house hold goods (refrigerator, TV set, Furniture, Air conditioner, Washing Machine and other items) safly to the destination, but the items have completely broken down and are not left even in the working condition.

I would like to request you to please take some serious and strict action against Aadarsh International packers & movers, Gala no. 16, Maruti Compound, Opposite L & T gate no. 7, Powai, Mumbai - 72. Tel no : 9821711278 / 32664720 / 32661429.

I demand justice for such carelessness & irresponsibility that has caused me a heavy loss, I would want the compensation for this.

I would be highly obliged with your help and support.
