MARVELA WATER PURIFIER
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Rajesh from Bangalore sold me the Marvela at Bangalore on August 8 and I have raised multiple requests for demo. Someone came on August 11 and installed it but refused to give a demo. The same day the machine started leaking and jug not filling plus tap also leaking. Even after multiple calls to Rajesh, Raghavendra, call centre no one is willing to come and rectify the defective product. I need some action ASAP else will have to go to Consumer Forum Court.
