Worst Service centre of Philips

Myself Manoj Kori, I purchased Philips Home Theatre on 19/04 but its Remote stopped working and i gave up in Aalap Service centre, Ahmedabad (authorised sphilips service centre) on 09/12 and they promise delivery on 11/12 but till today they did not reverted and when i went to the service centre hey always reply that it will take 10 more days. Its more than three months that they have not reveted, They do not positevely revert on the phone calls. Its has become a headache to go there abd get the same excuses every time.

I kindly request that the service of Philips should be delivered as per its Goodwill. I would apreciate to get the positive response.
