Electronics and household app.

I had logged in a complaint on 03-Sep-11 (complaint no. 85463218) as my Aquaguard Water Purifier stopped working. Till date its 09-Sep-11 (6 days), nobody has come to our house to repair. I have been following with their customer care on daily basis, all they say we're sorry and the technician will surely come tomorrow, we have taken your complaint on an urgent basis.

I wonder if this is the way they take care of urgent request then what would be happening with normal request. Their is absoloutely no system of tracking complaints. I spoke with their senior guy at the call centre and asked him, don't they check whether a complaint which is logged in their system is closed or not. To my utter surprise the executive said, we just forward the complaint to the franchisee service centre and we dont follow after that, if the customer calls up after 3-4 days then again we forward it to the service centre.

Alas! had i known this is the way their customer service works, I would have never purchased an Aquaguard. And here I am strongly suggesting not to buy their products, there is nothing special about their product and with this kind of customer service one would be better off buying other water purifiers.
