Deffected mobile phone

Sir, I have purchased mobile phone, model: Maxx463 on 1-5. It is a damaged set, given to me. I have submitted my complaint so many times to the Maxx customer care at Nakoda Mobile, Babu mohalla, kesar ganj, Ajmer. Recently I made my complaint on 27-7-10, service receipt no. 21298. I received my set after more than one month. Still my phone is not working properly, So I want to make a complaint against the Maxx company & Maxx customer care, Ajmer & Jaipur to exchange my set.

Kindly pay attention on my complain against the Maxx company.
