PROPER SERVICE AND AVAILABILITY OF ACCESORRIES

My self alok kumar jena haveing MAXX GC 1000 handset i have one year warranty but unfortunately i am not getting proper service from three different service centers stationed at bhubaneswar and secondly the accessories parts likes headphone, cabinets are not available at anywhere at bhubaneswar including three service centers.i am fully dissatisfied now, please help me otherwise i will go for consumer court.
