I had purchased MAXX MQ 340 model mobile phone on 21st aug for Rs 3000 from Sai mobiles vide receipt no 1712 - IMEI no 35213604881993. I have continuously been facing issues with the handset like keypad non functional, software crash etc. I have given the handset for repairs multiple times however every time the issue continues. (Service jobsheet no - RO/C83/1011/0000371)

I was earlier promised a new piece due to so many problems but now the company even denies that
