Dear sir/madam
my name is suresh i purchases maxx mobile withRs. 3300/- (model no: mx745) on 04/04 in CELL STAR MOBILE STORE in visakhapatnam. mobile is under 1 year warrenty. since one month my mobile not working i.e automatically switched off. I approached the authorised service center (SRI MANJUNADHA COMMUNICATIONS) they have taken my complaint after 3 weeks they told they cann, t repair this model mobile. so what can i do? pl take my complaint and do justice to me
