Warranty Period - Mishandling of Handset

The complaint is regarding a handset MQ868 from Maxx Mobile.
I purchased it on 16th Oct & after 20 days it is gone to Service center.
I had to pay for broken display & swollen battery was replaced, though it was 20 days old.
When i received the handset in Dec. 2010 after 1 month, it's display was fixed wrongly.
So again it went to service center within a day.
The mobile gets switched off & on while i am talking, it's display got broken for unknowingly reasons.
Same was shown to Support Center in Jabalpur, but guys have no clue what to do & how to do.
It is escalated to the company. I got revert that it was mishandled & warranty is to Support clients, whereby they are completely unable to provide any support.
Today, 9th Feb. 2011 its more than 120 days i haven't received
The company has no say in this issue or unable to resolve.
Defective handset was denied to be replaced or any refunds.
