Problem in handset

MY PHONE HAS PROBLEM IN NETWORK (EMERGENCY CALL) not providing proper network

I had given the phone to authorised service centre of MAXX Mobile at

I have bought MAXX Mobile MQ 340 in May after 5 months facing problem in network, i had submitted to authorised service centre to authorised service centre, regarding that i so many times i had called with customer care

on 1st jan my handset returned back from mumbai to nashik service center as it is, again i had called customer care, they called back handset to mumbai from nashik service center and commit me to handset will be return back to me within 8 days,

But still my query doesnt get solved whenever i calling to customer care they just escaliting my complaint and keep me on hold,

i had spent thousands of rupees to calling customer care no is (022/40734429)

since 27 oct still waiting for handset, i am confused and dont know what i have to do now
