Changing of microwave/Replacing

A microwave has been purchased from M/S Mehraj Brothers authorised dealer in Baramulla type of microwave isMC-8048WR, SL.No911DRTE008921 (BDRQEIL) date of manufacture 04.11.2009.Date of purchasing 15.04.10 of amount Rs=129000/.On dt 16.04.10 a man came to install the same and found that it is not functioning. He obvesered that old kit has also been given. When we telephoned to dealer with the said problem. He assured to change the same but when we reached to change, the shop was closed and all telephone were kept off. Now you may assume thet what kind harassment is being produced.

This is humble request to to change within two days. Otherwise legal action will be taken such as Costumor forrum Act and 420criminal Act. Extra expenses will be born by you at your cost.
