NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Sub: mobile phone not working properly

Sir,

I have purchased micromax Q5 mobile hand set (M IMEI NO-910040053506312 & S IMEI NO-910040054011312) ON Dated 15.07.10 from M/s A COMPLETE MOBILE POINT, SH-8/2, Sastrinagar, ghaziabad.we are facing the follwing problems as under.

1. Left movement sensor not working.

2. If we call to any one the dial tone start to other side but i do not dial response.if the other side person peakup the phone the get toto sound only.

3.Phone cut down frquently during conversation.

4.if any person dail to the phone the he received phone not working or switch hence prompt response not start.

5.if any person dail to this phone & i receive the no sound receive at once, it will start after some times.

I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.

Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.

you are kindly requested to change my hand set or take n/a for the above.

This aired the bad name of the company & in future we will never go to purchase Mcromax Mobile Set.its better for Nokia Hand Set, ie is tension free.

Hope you will take prompt action.
