30 days valid or 3000 free whichever is earlier SMS Booster recharge at Rs.33.- been availed from BSNL on the May 5, and on the 27th May my balance SMS was 1397. To my surprise on the 28th May BSNL start charging me 50 paise per sms (local) even though neither the validity of the booster or the balance never crossed. When contacted the customer service cell of BSNL they least bothered to register a complaint and when demanded for MNP they advise me very nicely to do so. I thought it is state owned company and who bothers about the customer. The employees get salary without any lapse. But finally they registered a complaint, but i dont see anything positive will come out.
