Cheating in supply of product

Dear Sir

I have booked an Auto Ref with Keratometer Model no 8900 on 3rd Feb 12 at Cochin during All India confe with a token amount of Rs.5000/-The total cost of the m/c was Rs.3.25lacks along with the chair. The co. has given an assurance that the consignment will be given after the conference or up to 31/3 positively. As per their words I have waited but the co. has not taken any interest in supplying the M/c. In the month of June Mr. Mohit singh has come to Vidisha & told that you have to pay Rs. 45000/- extra then only we will supply the m/c. It is really a shocking news for us. I have asked them about the deal, but they are adamant in increased price. It's a cheating & I want to take your help in this matter. I have a reciept of Rs. 5000/- of 3/2/12
