Irresponsibility of Mobile Service Centre

Sir,

I, DHANESH ABRAHAM, am working as a teacher at one leading CBSE School, Kochi, Kerala. I had purchased a Fly 110i Dual Sim mobile on 05 January from Quality MobileShope, GCDA, Ernakulam, Kerala. EMEI No of the handset is 910511300207656. Unfortunately, from the second month of purchase, I was worried with this handset as the same is not working properly. Consequently, I gave it to the nearest customer service center at Ernakulam-Rassi Enterprises Ph.-04844019463 on 10/11, Kerala for the following complaints :-

(a) Showing Insert SIM warning.

(b) Auto Offed.

So I gave it to them for repairing and the service provider told me, they will give it back within 10 days. After 10 days, when i contact them they said that mobile is given to their head office for repairing the mobile and mentioned that i will get it back within 2 weeks. But now more than 2 months are over and whenever i call they are telling that, they are helpless, waiting for the message from Head Office or Had send email to Head Office to get it back etc..and Now I am completely disappointed and fed up with this mobile and their customer care service.

Keeping the above facts in view, it is requested to issue necessary instructions to my nearest Customer care Service Centre to solve my problems at an early date or take appropriate actions to replace my handset with new one. I hope u will understand my problem and may I beg you to take appropriate action.
