Defective Handset& Charge

I have purchsed one hand set Dual SIM-DS210 make FLY mobilefrom Spice Retails Ltd, Faridabad on 02/01/10.The said handset is under warranty. After 3 months problem started Like Dual sim did not worked. I have given to their service center SONI Telicoms at Faridabadand they repaired. Then stated a Charging problem and the charger is also have some problem. I request them to replace but they refused by saying warranty is over. I said ok I shall purchase a new one but they dont have availablity of Chargers and finally the Handset stopped working. Icontactd for 15 days for charger finally submitted to them for repair vide work order no-FIN10BSON11353 dt 20/11/10 and requested them to replace with a newe charger. I have sent the co two mails on 16 thNov&19th Nov, 10 but no response so far. Pls do some thing so that I should get a new Handset&Charger at the earliest as Iam unable to communicate any where.
