No supply for replacement

I had purchased mertin slicer blender in 2007. it has been giving a good service but the 3D big bowl is not working and can not be replaced from local market. I have been contacting your office on toll fre number and they told me that the item is out of stock. it is now mopre than a year and i have not received any reply. kindly tell me if i can get the replacement or not or should i throw the blender in the garbage. shall be thankful if i can get a reply atleast.
