Metro Air Conditioners (D-38, Mansarover Garden, New Delhi – 110015)
No Servicing of AC’s despite several remainders

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we had purchased 7 AC’s of 1.5 Ton of TCL company from Metro Air Conditioners (D-38, Mansarover Garden, New Delhi – 110015) on 21st Oct’10 & 27th Oct’10. Despite several remainders for service no one has come for the Servicing of the AC’s.

We are continuously calling them since last one month, every time they say that they will be sending someone in 2-3 days time. The AC’s as of now are in warranty period.

Kindly take some necessary action so that we as customers should not suffer like this.

A prompt action from your end will be highly appreciated.
