I contacted them for tracking my lost mobile. Their representative called me and asked me to remit a sum of Rs.1345/- into their account. They also promised that if they were not able to trace the lost mobile, they will refund the amount paid.

After the amount was deposited, there is no response to either my phone calls, e-mails.

What is the course of action to be taken so that many more people are not fooled.
