Not Providing Service in warranty time

I have purchase at the Micromax Mobile at date 11/10/10

My Mobile not working properly its have a problem for opreting when i was go to services center they are not repair its properly, when i was told about the same problem then they told

we can not repair your mobile and return my mobile and told me its not we are sold so you have to go to the company

and tolk to them

Please register my complain, i have original bill and zerox copy of service center

Please help me
