Micromax A60 cell phone
Not repairing the cell phone

My name is Ashish Kumar Gupta i had bought micromax A60 cell phone on 01-05 and given to the service center for repair on 20-08 and till now i have not recieved my handset i went to the service center many times but they only give me dates after dates i had even sent mails to the customer care but they also give me dates after dates. Once they had even told me to collect the cell phone and when i went there they told me that my cell phone was not send. The customer care also has stopped sending me mails on the update of my cell phone. Please i need your help to get back the cell phone repaired and with the extension of the warrenty.
