About delay in reparing

I handed over my Micromax Q5fb on December 28 at service center which is suited in Sangam Place, Civil Line, Allahabad. There is only two little problem in my handset (1-earphone symbol, 2-scroll boll).

But i have not get my set yet. Workman of this center said that u will get your mobile soon again and again.

Please help me.
