Touch screen and battery back up gone bad

I deposited the my MicroMAX cell phone (MICROMAX Qube) to MicroMAx service center Sri Nivasa mobile care

Bangalore, for repair but it is yet to be repaired/replaced. I am without a phone, which is a basic need of life now a days.

I was asked by Customer Care Center but did not get any response. No one in the nokia has any concern about this. When ever I put a query they reply that it is under process. I just want the final solution and update that when would I get my mobile BACK.
