Mobile handset touch screen problem

I had given my micromax A75 mobile on 29.05.2012 to bangalore service centre M/S Ovez Comunication they had isued Reciept no. 9995 dtd.29.05.2012.They told abt touch screen has to be replaced but since to day 11/06 I had no clue abt when they will give my mobile back. I have purchased just 1 month back only if they don't have spare then they have to replace the handset. i am requesting to you to do needfull in this regards. I am very fadeup with micromax service.
