I bought a micromax mobile x505 from timtata.com, after some days i fill that the touch screen is very bad but i compermise with that but after some time the handset have a problem the massages are not open or write, i went to service center he said to me that it is a software and hardware problem and it will take 15 days to repair, i bought this mobile of its brand like micromax but now i feel that i want to go to consumer cort please help me on this thanks.
