Charge can't hold

Good evening, I the undersigned want that my problem should be soughted out as soon as possible.

Sir I hv purchased micromax X250 model on 14th august 09, having seriel no-910001053462849,

imei no-910001053312846. But due to the problem (can't hold charge) in that mobile I hv given that mobile

at ur authorized service center in bhubaneswar (RT outsourcing services limited, bapuji nagar, bbsr-9) with

case id MMX: OL:20091020:165. But the matter of concern is that till date my mobile is not repaired due

to nonavailability of board & other spare parts. So kindly tell me "Is this type of the service u r providing

to ur customer". Whenever I tried to contact in the toll free no. it is not possible & also the no.s given on

the service guide booklet are not exist. So kindly take necessary steps to make me able to get back

the mobile in good condition.
