Wrong guidening to custome

Sir,

My name is Arko Dev Mondal. From Berhampore, Murshidabad (WB).

I bought a Micromax Q3 Handset on 12.12. but I am suffering from it's camera. The company tell us, the camera is 1.3 MP, where it is not. The sheller Where I bought the handset, does not replace my handset.

So, sir my request to that please tell me what sould i do at now.
