Display Issue and Network Problem

I have purchased a Micro Max Mobile- Q3 handset IMEI - 910001152367675 from M/s Cell-Tech, UG-1, Ansal Chamber-II, 6 Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi - 110066 vide Book No. 16/ Invoice No. 916 on 21.10.2010 for Rs. 4500/-.

On 2-12, due to problem in Display and Network of the above Handset, I approached Mobile Repair Centre, RT, Delhi and a Job Card was given to me by depositing the Handset. The case ID MMX: OL:200911202:85 and receive date is 2-12.

Even after, lapse of complete 3 (Three) Months, my handset is neither been repaired nor replaced.

In view of above, you are requested to look into the matter urgently please.
