Mobile in warranty period not repairing

I have Micromax x555 mobile purchased from Shriram Appliances, Dhule (Maharashtra) 424001 on dated 5-5-09. since 2-3 days it is not working. Only incoming calls coming but I am unable to call because nothing come on display.

Our distributor sent me to repair it from somebody Chandu Mobile repairin centre. He opened the mobile and now refused to take it. He said that the display may be changed with cost of Rs.-.How can I pay for this? The mobile is in the warranty period and it is opened by the authorised centre only.
