Bad service from the service centre

Respected sir/mam,

i just wanted to tell you that the service from your micromax service centre, ghumar mandi, ludhiana is really bad.

It was a very bad experience with the employees.

my mobile condition... as my mobile phone's handfree and charger is not properly working. i went to the service centre on near about 1st june. they told me that you will get that within 10-15 days. When i came back on 13th of june they now telling me that your handfree and charger will take more 10-15 days. now when i am using the phone, whats the solution that i can charge my mobile. if they committ that you will get within 10-15 days, then they should stick to it. now i don't know what to do with them.

I just went their near about 8-9 times then after they repaired the jack of the mobile. and they are telling me that you can buy a new charger in the mean time. now if i have to buy a new charger only then why i should go to service centre. then a big question mark is there... WHY SERVICE CENTRES ARE MADE FOR...???

i just want that you should take strict action. Hope you will understand.
