This complaint is about Rude behaviour of Employees at Micromax Service Centre located in Shahadra (Bihari Colony) Named as "Gadget Galaxy". The Lady receptionist Behaves so rudely to every customer as no one really would want to visit again that service centre. She treates customers like they are really fool. I think before outsourcing a service centre company should take care about customers and set some rules and regulations that are very clear to counter people.
